What you will receive A furnished private en-suite bedroom with a shared kitchen and lounge, and a named tenancy coach who will help you make a practical plan around your goals.
A settled home Help with your agreement, rent, repairs, visitors and looking after your room and shared spaces.
Money and health Support with Universal Credit housing costs, budgeting and benefit applications, and help to access a GP and other local services.
Professional connections Help to connect with housing, employment, recovery and health services where needed.
Purpose and move-on Support with routine, training, volunteering or work, and a planned route to longer-term housing.
Support is tailored to you. PPSL provides accommodation, tenancy coaching and coordination; clinical care, therapy and specialist advice come from qualified services.
Your pathway Send this Stage 1 application. We speak with you and assess whether shared housing is suitable. If offered a place, we help you settle in and agree your personal plan. We review progress and plan your move to independent housing. Who this is for Single adults with low or medium support needs who can manage a tenancy with tenancy coaching. Universal Credit with Housing Element is required, with PIP and/or LCW or LCWRA where applicable. Every referral needs an individual affordability and suitability assessment.
Preferred areas: St Helens, Preston, Burnley, Pendle, Wigan and Stoke. Selecting an area does not confirm a vacancy.
